Super Tuesday Sunday Morning Super Tuesday

SUPER TUESDAY

Super Tuesday is in full swing and we are having FUN!

Quest Kids (K-3rd grade) are learning the Ten Commandments. God's love for His people is what motivated Him to 'lay down the law'.  They are not idle words-they are our life! God's loving commandments keep us safe and lead us to Jesus. The commandments show us our sin is real, but through our faith in Jesus, our sins are forgiven.

In HYPE (4th and 5th grades), we're talking about our faith, and what it means. What is a Christian? How do I know if I am one? What makes us different? It may sound basic, but at this age they want to understand the why and how, not just be told what they think.

This is what a Super Tuesday evening looks like

6:00-6:20:     Dinner  Don't be late! The kids eat a kid-friendly dinner.

6:15-6:25:   Gathering Time

6:25-7:30:   Super Tuesday

*****  FRIENDS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME! *****

KIDS’ CHOIRS

Both our Super Kids and Hype Choirs will be performing in our Palm Sunday concert, ARISE! 2012 on April 1, at 8:30am and 10am.

Practices take place during our Super Tuesday evening, with an additional “dress rehearsal” in Friday, March 30.

Practice CD’s and lyric sheets have been handed out. If your child would like to be involved with our kids’ choirs, please join us on Tuesday night or contact Maureen for more information.

QUEST: an act of seeking; pursuit, search; an adventurous journey

This is for our Kindergarten through 3rd Grade kids. As our children develop and mature, our program also develops to meet their needs.  Exploration and life application are at the heart of what we teach to this age group. Christ must be, and is, presented in an up-to-date, relevant way that can be put into practice because it makes sense. It is our desire that these kids see the importance and the truth of the Gospel.

HYPE   to stimulate, excite, or agitate.

This is just for our 4th and 5th graders. Kids in the “Tween” years – early adolescence.   These kids are moving from children to young adults and from dependence to independence. And they have a lot of questions.  Different than their younger counterparts – these kids want to know why the Bible is important to them. And that’s exactly what we aim to have them discover.
